Responsibilities

  • Identify and manage sales opportunities alongside the Business Development Manager.
  • Enhance sales and build relationships within assigned accounts.
  • Conduct job walks, prepare quotes, and manage project billing.
  • Coordinate on-site labor with Regional Workforce Management.
  • Ensure adequate on-site equipment through collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Facilitate completion of site-specific training for all employees.
  • Address customer needs and requests effectively.
  • Troubleshoot issues with Field Personnel as they arise.
  • Collaborate with the Safety Department to investigate incidents.
  • Participate in employee performance evaluations as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to Field Staff.

Full Job Description
We are current accepting applications for a Site Manager for the Northeast region, covering PBF Delaware City / Phillips 66 Bayway/ and PBF Paulsboro Refineries.

Please note that Project Manager or Unit Supervisor experience is required for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Discover/Manage Opportunities for Sales in conjunction with the Business Development Manager
  • Further Development of Sales and Relationships within assigned accounts
  • Job Walks, Quote Preparation and Project billing
  • Coordinating on site labor in conjunction with Regional Workforce Management
  • Coordinating on site equipment requirements in conjunction with applicable departments
  • Ensuring completion of all site specific training by employees
  • Working to meet all customer requirements and requests
  • Troubleshooting with Field Personnel
  • Working with the Safety Department to investigate and report an incidents and near misses
  • Participating in employee performance reviews as required
  • Providing training, coaching and support to Field Staff
  • Other duties as required


Qualifications

  • Be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven leadership and management skills (at least 5 years)
  • Be committed to providing high level of customer service
  • Have a clean driving record and a valid license
  • Be able to meet the physical demands of the position
  • Experience in an industrial, petrochemical, or nuclear facility (Required)
  • TWIC and Required Drug Screening
