Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership and management experience required.
• Experience in an industrial, petrochemical, or nuclear facility is necessary.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service required.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Physically able to meet the demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage sales opportunities alongside the Business Development Manager.
• Enhance sales and build relationships within assigned accounts.
• Conduct job walks, prepare quotes, and manage project billing.
• Coordinate on-site labor with Regional Workforce Management.
• Ensure adequate on-site equipment through collaboration with relevant departments.
• Facilitate completion of site-specific training for all employees.
• Address customer needs and requests effectively.
• Troubleshoot issues with Field Personnel as they arise.
• Collaborate with the Safety Department to investigate incidents.
• Participate in employee performance evaluations as necessary.
• Provide training and support to Field Staff.
