Qualifications

• 7+ years in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or 3PL operations.
• 3+ years in a senior operations management or General Manager role is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing high-volume warehouses or multi-client 3PL operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management and supply chain processes.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, or TMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day 3PL warehouse and distribution operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
• Establish operational KPIs and productivity standards.
• Manage P&L responsibility for the 3PL operation.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and resolve escalated issues.
• Recruit, train, and develop the warehouse and operations leadership team.
• Implement Lean methodologies to improve operations.
