Site IT ManagerThis technical leadership role is responsible for IT infrastructure support and services and works closely with site leadership to align IT initiatives with operational objectives, ensure reliable technology services, and drive innovation and continuous improvement.
The position provides leadership for local IT personnel and contractors, oversees the site's IT budget, and ensures compliance with Group IT standards

Key Responsibilities:Technical Responsibilities- Provide advanced support for hardware, software, and network issues in accordance with Group IT policies.
- Deliver first- and second-level support across all user groups with a focus on service quality and customer experience.
- Lead and support site and regional IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and system implementations.
- Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with regional and global IT teams to prevent recurring technical issues.
- Support and maintain local applications such as process automation, payroll, time & attendance, safety incident tracking, and audit systems.
- Ensure compliance with Group IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and operational procedures.
- Work outside standard hours and travel when required to support regional activities.
Leadership & Business Partnership- Act as the IT business partner to site leadership, ensuring technology strategies align with operational, manufacturing, and business needs.
- Lead and mentor IT Administrators, contractors, and support personnel, providing direction, coaching, and performance input.
- Develop and manage the site's IT budget, including annual planning, forecasting, vendor spend, and project-related costs.
• Apply strong business acumen and understanding of cGMP principles to ensure IT systems support site audits, validation activities, and compliance requirements in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Required Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesTechnical Competencies- Experience in technical IT support across end-user devices, servers (on-premises and cloud), and network infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Experience supporting IT in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Preferred certifications:
- Microsoft Fundamentals (Azure or M365)
- Cisco CCNA
- Technical expertise in:
- Windows Domain upgrades
- Active Directory administration
- Firewall installation and troubleshooting
- Azure cloud functionality
- On-premises to cloud migration
- Virtual machine management
- Server operating system monitoring and maintenance
- Network infrastructure management
- Third-party remote access administration
