About the role: - Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams (process, mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation).
- Support the Project Manager in achieving overall project objectives (scope, cost, schedule).
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary engineering point of contact for clients.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure designs meet HSE requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering staff.
- Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC integration).
- Provide technical guidance and resolve complex engineering issues.
About you: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline).
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience working on mining projects
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation (or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of project controls (cost, schedule, risk)
- Familiarity with major engineering standards and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SmartPlant, Primavera P6)
