Full Job Description
Velociti Services is seeking a high-performing Site Director to oversee janitorial and floor care operations across a large client site. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, workforce leadership, client satisfaction, and growth of service offerings.

The Site Director provides strategic leadership for all site operations, overseeing Area Managers, supervisors, and frontline teams while driving safety, quality, labor efficiency, and cost control. This leader partners closely with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and identify opportunities to expand services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall leadership for janitorial, floor care, and specialty cleaning operations across the assigned site
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Area Managers, supervisors, and frontline teams to drive accountability, engagement, and performance
  • Ensure consistent execution of cleaning standards, floor care programs, quality assurance initiatives, and safety compliance
  • Oversee floor care operations including stripping, waxing, burnishing, scrubbing, carpet extraction, and specialty floor maintenance
  • Manage site-wide labor planning, scheduling, staffing, and workforce deployment to meet operational and contractual requirements
  • Develop and manage labor and supply budgets, forecast staffing and material needs, monitor overtime, and control operational expenses
  • Review financial performance, including P&L results, labor productivity, supply costs, and operational metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Identify and develop opportunities to expand services through upselling additional janitorial, floor care, specialty cleaning, and other facility service offerings
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and serving as the primary operational point of contact
  • Conduct routine operational audits and site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations
  • Partner with Operations, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to support recruiting, onboarding, employee development, and continuous operational improvement
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and all client-specific requirements
  • Other duties as assigned or requested

Required Experience & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in janitorial services, facilities management, or building services
  • Proven experience managing large, multi-level operations with responsibility for multiple leaders and large hourly workforces
  • Strong hands-on experience with commercial floor care operations, including stripping, waxing, burnishing, carpet care, and specialty floor maintenance
  • Experience managing labor planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial performance
  • Ability to analyze P&L statements and operational metrics to drive business decisions
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and client relationship management skills
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as business needs require
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Bilingual - Spanish (Preferred)
