You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure an exceptional guest experience, drive business performance, and uphold AIRE's luxury service standards while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Facilities- Lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, facility standards, and guest experience.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee facilities, maintenance, suppliers, purchasing, and operational cost control.
- Lead regular business reviews, monitoring KPIs, NPS, productivity, and action plans.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and local regulations.
Financial & Business Performance- Manage P&L performance, including revenue, labor costs, expenses, and profitability.
- Analyze business KPIs and implement initiatives to improve occupancy, productivity, revenue, and profitability.
- Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to budgeting, business planning, and strategic reviews.
- Report business performance and key insights to senior leadership.
People Leadership- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management team, fostering accountability and engagement.
- Set clear performance expectations and support ongoing development and succession planning.
- Partner with HR on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Ensure teams are consistently trained and deliver AIRE's luxury service standards.
Who You Are- 3+ years of experience as a General Manager, Site Director, or comparable senior operational leadership role within luxury hospitality, wellness, F&B, or premium fitness.
- 6+ years of progressive leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with experience managing P&L and operational KPIs.
- Proven ability to lead through mentoring, accountability, and team development.
- Strong track record of driving operational performance, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
- Experience managing complex, high-volume operations with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Spanish is considered a strong asset.
