As we continue growing internationally, we're looking for a Site Operations Manager to play a key leadership role in one of our flagship locations.

This is an opportunity for an operational leader who thrives in luxury hospitality, enjoys developing high-performing teams and wants to make a visible impact on both guest experience and business performance.
The Role:

As Site Operations Manager, you will work alongside the Site Director to ensure the daily operation of the business runs seamlessly.

You'll provide leadership across multiple departments, coach department managers, elevate operational standards and create the conditions for exceptional guest experiences every day.

You'll also act as the Site Director's second-in-command, taking ownership of the operation whenever required.

Success in this role means balancing operational excellence with people leadership-ensuring the business performs while helping others perform at their best.
Lead Operations
  • Drive the day-to-day operation across all departments.
  • Ensure operational consistency, quality standards and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor business performance through operational reports and KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and service delivery.
  • Oversee inventory management, procurement and supplier coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal and regulatory requirements.
Lead People
  • Coach, support and challenge department managers to achieve outstanding results.
  • Build accountability through regular performance conversations.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Support managers in developing their teams and executing Individual Development Plans.
  • Partner closely with HR to identify development opportunities and strengthen engagement.
Elevate Guest Experience
  • Ensure every guest receives an exceptional luxury experience.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex guest situations.
  • Monitor guest feedback and NPS results to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead service recovery when required.
Support Site Leadership
  • Partner closely with the Site Director on strategic and operational priorities.
  • Act as Site Director during periods of absence.
  • Contribute to building a high-performing leadership team.
Who You Are:

At least 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager, Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, or a comparable role overseeing multiple operational departments in a luxury hospitality, wellness or spa environment.
  • Proven experience leading department managers and developing leadership teams.
  • Strong operational and commercial mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to improve service quality while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Experience in fast-paced, guest-facing luxury environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English required. Spanish is a plus.
