Position Summary
The Process Engineer will participate in projects and process improvement initiatives related to treatment planning operations and help identify more efficient methods. The Process Engineer's responsibilities include participating in project pipeline discussions, analyzing the current state of operations through data analysis/data mining, process mapping, and other techniques, and improving workflows to reduce waste and inefficiencies, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
• Support Lean initiatives, including planning, executing, and sustaining DMAIC projects and Kaizen events
• Contribute to cross-functional Lean projects aligned with business objectives to improve process flow, quality, and/or achieve cost savings.
• Improve treatment planning processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste, including by identifying automation opportunities.
• Design and implement process and method improvements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and control plans.
• Participate in special projects in support of the business, potentially including artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Registered and licensed with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is an asset
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to serve as a resource and mentor to less experienced colleagues
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
