WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SHOP MANAGER- Advanced proficiency in shop management & parts logistics
- Demonstrated "Fleet-First" communication skills
- Ability to manage "profitability by the numbers" (KPI mastery)
- Preferred qualifications include advanced financial literacy (P&L mastery), ASE Service Consultant (C1) or Management (AMAM) certification, and experience with Fleet Maintenance Software (FMS) integration
