Agropur is looking for a night shift warehouse supervisor to join its team in St-Laurent.
The Warehouse Supervisor plans, organizes, directs, and controls activities related to receiving, storing, packaging products, and assembling orders.
The work schedule is from 10:30 PM to 7 AM, Monday to Saturday.

- Salary scale 004: $73,000 to $91,200 (base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the role)

- Managing distribution center activities, including hiring, training, maintenance plan follow-up, participation in various committees, etc..
- Enforcing the collective agreement.
- Leading team meetings at the start of each shift.
- Identifying risks and improvement opportunities, analyzing them, and supporting the implementation of corrective actions.
- Conducting investigations following incidents/accidents and proposing action plans.
- Maintaining a strong work climate by promoting participative management, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Supporting the management of all buildings, grounds, and equipment at the distribution center.

- Bachelor’s degree or DEC in operations management, logistics, administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in warehouse supervision in the food or pharmaceutical field required.
- Experience in a unionized environment is an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (English required to work with colleagues in other Canadian provinces) required.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of SAP or other similar ERP system.
- Availability and flexibility to manage all shifts.
