Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate various material handling and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Accurately identify parts, components, and materials using labels, color codes, markings, and documentation.
  • Follow digital work instructions, parts lists, and related documentation to complete assigned tasks.
  • Perform bulk counting using scales, tape-and-reel counters, and other measuring tools.
  • Pick and fulfill orders according to Bill of Materials (BOM) specifications.
  • Package products using appropriate materials and methods to prevent damage.
  • Adhere to proper storage, shelving, and inventory placement procedures.
  • Use computer systems and printers to record inventory transactions, generate labels, and track labor.
  • Conduct routine cycle counts and accurately document results.
  • Monitor and track materials both physically and within inventory systems.
  • Prepare, package, and ship items in accordance with shipping guidelines.
  • Receive and unload deliveries using proper lifting equipment when required.
  • Distribute materials to designated internal locations within the facility.
  • Assemble and dismantle boxes and other packaging containers as needed.
  • Collect scrap and waste materials and dispose of them properly.
  • Maintain adequate levels of packaging supplies and restock when necessary.
  • Identify and address inventory discrepancies or workspace issues proactively.
  • Keep precise records of completed work, including inventory counts and labor reporting.
  • Provide training to team members and perform additional duties as assigned.
