You'll be the maestro overseeing income audits, cashiering, accounts payable and receivable, tax compliance, payroll, and month-end processing-keeping every financial detail in harmony. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 5 years in a finance leadership role, preferably in hospitality or a similar industry
- Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss reporting, and financial analysis
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with proven ability to coach and motivate accounting professionals
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical information and leading meetings
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS/PMS systems, and Excel data analysis
- Ability to work flexible hours according to business needs
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, integrity, and the ability to lead under pressure
