Join our team as a Controller!

Step into the heart of our hotel's financial engine as Controller! In this pivotal Executive Committee role, you'll take the lead on everything from budgeting and forecasting to profit and loss reporting, ensuring our numbers not only add up but tell a story of success. You'll be the maestro overseeing income audits, cashiering, accounts payable and receivable, tax compliance, payroll, and month-end processing-keeping every financial detail in harmony. With your commitment to strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and driving profitability, you'll make a lasting impact. It's a big responsibility, but you'll have the support of an exceptional team every step of the way.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Financial Wizardry: Keep our numbers magical-run daily and monthly reports, keep track of cash, and make sure every dollar is where it should be!

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 5 years in a finance leadership role, preferably in hospitality or a similar industry
  • Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss reporting, and financial analysis
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with proven ability to coach and motivate accounting professionals
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting technical information and leading meetings
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS/PMS systems, and Excel data analysis
  • Ability to work flexible hours according to business needs
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, integrity, and the ability to lead under pressure
