Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required; advanced degrees preferred with relevant experience equivalent to education level.
• A minimum of 9 years of experience required (or 4 years for PhD/JD).
• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint or similar collaboration systems necessary for site administration.
• Experience with .NET (versions 3.5/4.0), HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, JQuery, MS Power Platforms, and JSON needed.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Records Management (ERM), Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM), or Enterprise Information Management (EIM) is advantageous.
• Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for project collaboration methods utilizing SharePoint and integrated technologies.
• Design and develop improved project collaboration strategies for Engineering Services.
• Ensure continuous enhancement of collaboration tools and techniques.
• Support project teams and stakeholders in using SharePoint effectively.
• Utilize workflows, forms, and dashboards to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
