Position SummaryEthic Tech, LLC is seeking a SharePoint and Power Platform Developer who will work directly with users to turn manual and fragmented processes into maintainable digital workflows. The developer will administer and improve SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, metadata, and permissions; personally build and deploy Power Apps applications and Power Automate workflows; and integrate those solutions with approved data sources and services. The role includes testing and troubleshooting applications, refining them based on user feedback, documenting configurations and business rules, and transferring solutions to the teams responsible for ongoing support. This is a hands-on development and administration role, not primarily a SharePoint content-management or advisory position.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field; or at least five years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of the degree. The experience-in-lieu route must cover at least two of these areas: SharePoint administration or development, Power Apps development, Power Automate development, or Microsoft 365 business-process digitization.
- Minimum of twelve (12) months within the past 24 months regularly performing hands-on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Platform configuration or development. Must have personally developed at least one solution used in an active business process within the past 18 months.
- Minimum of two (2) years within the past five years administering, configuring, developing, or sustaining SharePoint environments for active users, including hands-on work within the past 24 months.
- Minimum of two (2) years within the past five years personally developing Power Apps applications, including hands-on work within the past 24 months. Must have built at least two applications, with one used in an active business process within the past 24 months.
- Minimum of two (2) years within the past five years personally developing Power Automate workflows, including hands-on work within the past 24 months. Must have built at least two workflows, with one used in an active business process within the past 24 months.
- Hands-on experience within the past 24 months personally developing at least one operational solution that combines SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate within the same business process.
- Minimum of two (2) years within the past five years working directly with users or process owners to analyze existing processes and translate requirements into digital applications or workflows.
- Hands-on experience within the past five years integrating Microsoft 365 or Power Platform solutions with structured data or enterprise services, including an example within the past 24 months.
- Hands-on experience within the past five years applying at least three solution lifecycle or sustainment practices, including at least one of environment separation, Power Platform solution packaging, or controlled deployment.
- Minimum of two (2) years within the past five years personally diagnosing and resolving SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, or related Microsoft 365 issues affecting active users, including hands-on troubleshooting within the past 24 months.
- Experience within the past five years documenting and transferring at least one SharePoint or Power Platform solution to another developer, administrator, or support team for continued operation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaborative software.
Clearance and Licenses Requirements- U.S. Citizenship required.
- An active NATO or national Secret clearance or higher.
- Must have a valid passport from a NATO member nation without travel restrictions to NATO nations.
Travel Requirements- Ability to work on-site in Norfolk, Virginia, and travel to meetings and conferences for up to 30 days per year.
