Serco is building a pipeline of qualified candidates for proposed full-time roles supporting Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) through the Civil Engineering Services Pacific (CESPAC) contract.
These opportunities span engineering, construction, logistics, environmental services, program management, data management, and project-support functions across geographically diverse locations. What You May Do• Provide engineering, logistics, program management, project management, analytical, environmental, housing, or administrative support.
• Support MILCON, FSRM, housing, NAF, FMS, and environmental programs.
• Develop project schedules, cost estimates, analyses, reports, and other deliverables.• Coordinate with government customers, military personnel, contractors, and technical professionals.
• Support evolving infrastructure, operational, and mission requirements across dispersed locations.
• Maintain accurate project, technical, or operational documentation.
Required Qualifications• Education, experience, and technical background aligned with the applicable labor category.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a NACI or other required background investigation.
• Ability to meet entry, access, and onboarding requirements for domestic or international worksites.• Willingness to travel based on task order and mission needs.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Condensed)• United States citizenship.
• Current DoD Secret clearance.
• Prior support to the USAF, DoD, or other federal organizations.
• Experience in engineering, construction, logistics, environmental, housing, financial, scheduling, cost-estimating, or program-management roles.
• Experience supporting MILCON, FSRM, installation planning, or related infrastructure programs.
• Professional certifications, licenses, or advanced degrees relevant to the labor category.
• Experience supporting Pacific Theater or overseas operations.
• Familiarity with applicable federal, DoD, Air Force, engineering, environmental, safety, or quality standards.
• Experience supporting rapid staffing, mobilization, or deployment requirements.
• Language proficiency relevant to the assigned location (as needed).

Location & ScheduleMost positions support PACAF missions Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Specific schedules, travel, and worksite assignments vary by role and are subject to contract award and customer approval.
Clearance, Citizenship, and Travel Requirements• A NACI or other background investigation may be required.
• U.S. citizenship is preferred and may be required based on contract or system-access needs.
• A current DoD Secret clearance is preferred and may be required.
• Travel frequency and duration will vary by role, worksite, and mission needs.
• Candidates must meet all applicable access and onboarding requirements.
