Full Job Description
The Solution Lead, Service Enablement is responsible for providing architectural guidance, technical expertise and ServiceNow best practices for the Financial Workflows suite of products. The Solution Lead is hands-on with technical designs, and Out of the Box solution delivery which enables ServiceNow Financial Workflows processes for McKesson Technology customers. In this role, you will be responsible for working with our partners and teams to establish, integrate, and continuously evolve best practice standards in ServiceNow. You will directly engage with key business stakeholders while providing input to the ServiceNow Financial Workflows roadmap, including onboarding integrations, processes, assets, and other relevant components to a unified ServiceNow platform to ensure consistent level of quality and service across the Enterprise.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Establish standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow Financial Workflows solution lead and functionality, within the overall platform model.
  • Support design and implementation of multiple financial workflow product standards to achieve desired FSS (financial support services) business outcomes.
  • Provide technical evaluation of Intake demands against ServiceNow module features, platform capabilities, and best practices.
  • Offer guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deployment.
  • Partner with enterprise leaders and other internal stakeholders to provide required diagrams and accommodations to align with McKesson Technology standards, frameworks and policies.
  • Define and Advise on the technical strategy for financial workflow related products
  • Support remediation of configurations not aligned to ServiceNow best practices.
  • Oversee delivery focused on product core features, integrations, and upstream-downstream data flows.
  • Partner with Financial Services & Support business customers to design and deliver platforms that improve our customers overall workflow efficiencies to enable operational excellence.
  • Provide input to platform roadmap for features and capabilities to maximize platform value and build a sustainable platform.

Minimum Requirements

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience

Critical Skills
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a variety of ServiceNow solution design and architecture and/or technical Lead roles (such as hands-on service delivery, operations management, consulting, etc.) with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Understanding and experience implementing and supporting Financial Workflows product family of modules in ServiceNow. This includes SPO Workspace, SPO Integrations, Case Management, SLO (supplier lifecycle operations), Employee Cetner, CSM (customer service management) APO (accounts payable operations), SLM (service level management), SPO Customer Portal, Supplier External Portal and expert level experience with designing enterprise end to end workflows for finance support teams.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Platform and commonly implemented module capabilities. These include email to case management, Agent Workspaces, Knowledge Management, SLA Creation, Workflow Development, Virtual Agent, Platform Analytics, and AI NowAssist.
  • Strong hands-on experience with integrating ServiceNow with key Finance systems including SAP PRD/EP1, SAP Concur, Ariba, Blackline, Vistex and Data Bricks Data Products.
  • Strong technical foundation with hands on experience in the Now Platform, either as a sr. administrator or a sr. developer.
  • Knowledge and experience in technical artifact creation. This includes database design schemas, database modeling, and technical solution design diagrams.
  • Requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and consultative engagement experience.

  • Comfortable presenting to executive level leaders and key business stakeholders across multiple different business units.
  • Strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills to successfully partner with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Experience designing systems to optimize business operations.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development and scripting (e.g., Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions, App Engine applications).
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server).
  • Financial support workflows and operational support acumen
  • Relevant professional certification (e.g., ITIL credentials, ServiceNow certifications required).
