Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect with deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, ITOM, SECOPS, VSM, CMDB, and integrations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, responsible for designing and architecting scalable ServiceNow solutions, leading and mentoring a development team, and actively participating in development tasks to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions spanning ITSM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, ITOM, SECOPS, VSM, and CMDB.
Drive end-to-end integration strategies ensuring seamless connectivity across the ServiceNow platform and third-party tools.
Act as a hands-on technical leader, developing custom applications, scripts, workflows, and automations.
Mentor and guide the development team, fostering best practices and continuous learning.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Establish and enforce architectural standards, security protocols, and governance across ServiceNow implementations.
Lead design authority boards and technical reviews, ensuring adherence to roadmap and quality goals.
Ensure solutions are aligned with ITIL and industry best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
Support presales activities including solution demos, proposals, and client presentations.
Required Qualifications:
Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect (CTA) credential.
15+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
Extensive expertise in ITSM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, ITOM, SECOPS, VSM, CMDB, and complex integrations.
Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, GlideScript) and hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
Proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams in Agile environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, security, and performance optimization.
Experience with cloud-native architectures and DevOps principles preferred.
Preferred:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or multiple CIS certifications.
Familiarity with enterprise governance, compliance, and data privacy standards.
Experience in highly regulated industries such as Finance, Insurance or Health Care.
