Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
• Manual testing expertise; familiarity with automation is beneficial
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Proficient with JIRA, ALM, or ServiceNow for test management and defect tracking
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for ServiceNow ITOM
• Validate key ITOM modules, specifically Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts based on project requirements
• Ensure accuracy of Discovery schedules, MID Server configurations, and CI data
• Test REST and SOAP integrations with external monitoring and third-party tools
• Document and track defects using JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for quality assurance
• Assist in release cycles and production validation
