Location: Markham, ON (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop configure and customise ServiceNow applications and modules as per business needs
- Design and implement workflows forms scripts and integrations within the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with business analysts project managers and other stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements
- Provide technical support troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis for ServiceNowrelated incidents
- Maintain documentation related to system design configuration and customisation
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards
- Participate in the upgrade and patching activities of the ServiceNow platform
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- 8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Problem Change Asset and Service Catalog
- Experience with JavaScript HTML CSS and RESTSOAP integrations
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM tools
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills
