Location: Markham, ON (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop configure and customise ServiceNow applications and modules as per business needs
  • Design and implement workflows forms scripts and integrations within the ServiceNow platform
  • Collaborate with business analysts project managers and other stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements
  • Provide technical support troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis for ServiceNowrelated incidents
