Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

1. 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and at least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ecosystem as an Architect.

2. 3+ years of ServiceNow IRM/GRC architecture and implementation experience.

3. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform.

4. Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for ServiceNow IRM implementations.

5. Define scalable architecture aligned with enterprise governance, risk, compliance, and security strategies.

6. Design integrations between ServiceNow IRM and enterprise applications, security tools, CMDB, IAM platforms, and third-party risk solutions.

7. Establish platform standards, design principles, and implementation best practices.

8. Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders.

9. Translate business and regulatory requirements into ServiceNow IRM solutions.

10. Guide development teams on configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations.

11. Open to be hand-on with ServiceNow IRM configuration and coding.

12. Review solution designs for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.

13. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.

14. Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Risk and Compliance

15. Good to have: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Serve as the expert advisor to clients, partners, and project teams, leading solutioning sessions, shared understanding, and building a bridge between disparate organizations through your technical expertise leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and integrations with third-party technologies effectively.

Salary Range: $160,000 to $200,000 per year
