As a ServiceNow Cloud Solutions team member in Crowe's Consulting Practice, your role will focus on helping clients resolve business challenges through the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. You will work with senior team members to develop and deliver scalable solutions that improve operating performance, enhance customer and employee experiences, and streamline technology-enabled processes. You will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful, hands-on project work across ServiceNow applications such as IRM, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Security Operations. From your first day, you'll collaborate with consultants and architects, gaining exposure to both the technical and business sides of consulting while contributing to real-world client solutions.

Responsibilities: - Supporting the configuration, customization, and administration of ServiceNow applications across multiple modules.
- Assisting with solution design workshops, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and end-user training.
- Participating in business process analysis and helping translate client needs into ServiceNow-enabled solutions.
- Documenting technical designs, configurations, and implementation steps in a clear, reusable way.
- Supporting Crowe's practice growth by contributing to proposals, presentations, and thought leadership efforts.
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation such as meeting notes, tracking action items, and contributing to status reports.

Skills & Requirements: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot technical challenges.

- Interest in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise service management, and developing ServiceNow expertise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed for client engagements.
Education: We are seeking college seniors or graduate students pursuing academic degrees in one of the following preferred majors (or similar background).

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62,000 - $100,000 per year.
