ServiceNow Discovery Specialist
We are seeking a ServiceNow Discovery Specialist responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow Discovery solutions to automate infrastructure asset identification and maintain an accurate CMDB. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MID Server administration, Discovery Patterns, CMDB, Cloud Discovery, and infrastructure technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and manage ServiceNow Discovery across enterprise environments.
• Install, configure, and maintain MID Servers.
• Create and manage Discovery schedules, credentials, probes, sensors, and patterns.
• Troubleshoot Discovery failures and optimize scan performance.
• Ensure accurate identification and classification of discovered Configuration Items (CIs).
• Support CMDB governance and data quality initiatives.
• Resolve CI duplication and reconciliation issues using IRE.
• Maintain CI relationships created through Discovery.
• Improve CMDB completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Implement discovery for:
o Windows & Linux Servers
o Network Devices
o Databases
o VMware & Virtualization Platforms
o AWS, Azure, and GCP Cloud Environments

• REST APIs and Integration Concepts
Salary Range- $90,000-$120,000 a year
