Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new ServiceNow workflows and processes
• Administer the ServiceNow system by adding users, groups, and roles
• Lead maintenance, upgrade planning, and administration of ServiceNow
• Provide accurate estimates of release level efforts
• Oversee complex business requirements from inception to completion
• Manage and resolve incidents related to ServiceNow applications
