Role Description - 8-10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, development, integration, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience working on multiple ServiceNow platform implementations.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships.
- Deep functional and technical expertise in ITSM modules - Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Solid experience in GRC and IT Operations Management (ITOM) is required.
- Experience integrating xMatters is a plus.
- Skilled in managing platform availability, performance, and security.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Orchestration for IT process automation.
- Strong development experience using:
- ServiceNow APIs
- Workflows, Flow Designer
- UI Pages, UI Macros
- Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions
- Script Includes, Security Rules
Essential Technical Skills - Proficiency in scripting languages: JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, PowerShell
- Good understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and ITIL concepts
- Experience implementing REST API integrations with third-party tools
- Ability to create custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Familiarity with Performance Analytics
- Experience with SQL Server backend development is preferred
