Role: ServiceNow Developer (ITSM)

Locations (Onsite): New Jersey, NJ | Tampa, FL | Tempe, AZ

Experience Required: 8-10+ Years

Role Description

  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, development, integration, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working on multiple ServiceNow platform implementations.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships.
  • Deep functional and technical expertise in ITSM modules - Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
  • Solid experience in GRC and IT Operations Management (ITOM) is required.
  • Experience integrating xMatters is a plus.
  • Skilled in managing platform availability, performance, and security.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Orchestration for IT process automation.
  • Strong development experience using:
    • ServiceNow APIs
    • Workflows, Flow Designer
    • UI Pages, UI Macros
    • Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions
    • Script Includes, Security Rules


Essential Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in scripting languages: JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, PowerShell
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and ITIL concepts
  • Experience implementing REST API integrations with third-party tools
  • Ability to create custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations
  • Familiarity with Performance Analytics
  • Experience with SQL Server backend development is preferred
