The Work:
The ServiceNow Business Process Consultant translates client requirements into functional designs, user stories, and solution specifications aligned with ServiceNow. Leads process workshops, facilitates stakeholder interviews, develops feature lists and user stories for Agile delivery, and provides guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle. Acts as a trusted advisor, helping clients define future‑state service delivery processes while ensuring alignment to platform standards. Supports UAT and QA, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, and delivers value‑driven outcomes.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
Here’s What You Need:
Minimum 2+ years’ experience working in the ServiceNow platform.
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in leading workshops, requirements gathering, process definition, process improvement and re-engineering.
Minimum 2+ years’ experience developing requirements documentation, project artifacts, process documents and creating user stories.
Minimum 2+ years’ experience identifying how to meet business requirements using ServiceNow.
Bachelor's degree (in Business or IT related field preferred) or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate’s degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus Points If:
ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader Certification
Agile Scrum Product Owner Certification
ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and any additional ServiceNow certifications.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written and presentation and facilitation skills.
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint)
Extensive experience in process management competencies.
Agile Scrum Master certification
Demonstrated ability in consulting engagements providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems by focusing on providing options which identify the pros and cons of those options and the risks and impacts of each option.
