Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to present complex solutions clearly.
• Hands-on experience with ITIS CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
• Proficiency in ITOM Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and CMDB integrations.
• Knowledge of HRSD Case Management, Employee Center, and Lifecycle Events.
• Experience with GRC Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow data models, scripting (Glide, JavaScript), and Flow Designer.
• Familiarity with CSDM and its alignment with ITOM/CMDB design.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• Lead technical governance to ensure best practices and platform security.
• Collaborate with business process owners and developers to create integrated workflows.
• Mentor development teams on customizations, integrations, and upgrades.
• Establish coding and design standards within ServiceNow.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure technical alignment across implementations.
• Communicate architectural decisions effectively to various stakeholders.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and recommend new features.
