  • Design and manage Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) architecture
  • Define Profile Types, Workgroups, and Organizations
  • Develop contractor/vendor onboarding workflows
  • Oversee third-party identity lifecycle management
  • Manage sponsor-based access management
  • Implement identity verification and risk controls
  • Administer NERM user roles and manage onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Provision and approve access for vendors/contractors
  • Monitor risk scores and ensure compliance checks
  • Support audits and certification campaigns
  • Troubleshoot issues within the NERM platform

  • NERM user role administration
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding of third-party users
  • Handle access provisioning and approvals for vendors/contractors
  • Monitor risk scores and manage compliance checks
  • Support audits and certification campaigns
  • Troubleshoot NERM platform issues
