YOUR IMPACT As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a key role in defining and evolving enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. You will partner with clients to translate business objectives into robust, scalable architectures aligned with ServiceNow best practices. We deliver projects across the entire ServiceNow ecosystem, with particularly strong demand in the following areas:
  • Field Service Management (FSM)
  • Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • Financial Services Operations (FSO)
  • Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
However, we are also interested in architects with expertise in other ServiceNow modules and product areas. YOUR TEAM You will join a community of experienced architects recognized for their technical expertise, collaborative mindset, and strategic influence with clients. You will work closely with delivery, development, governance, quality assurance, and leadership teams to design solutions that create real business value. WHAT TO EXPECTSolution Architecture
  • Lead the design of complex and scalable ServiceNow architectures.
  • Define functional and technical roadmaps tailored to client needs.
  • Produce architecture deliverables and ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
Technical Leadership
  • Advise clients and project teams on technology and architectural decisions.
  • Ensure technical governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and technical reference for developers, administrators, and consultants.
Digital Transformation
  • Support organizations in their business transformation initiatives.
  • Optimize processes and maximize the value of ServiceNow's native capabilities.
  • Promote a value-driven approach focused on continuous improvement.
Platform Integration and Evolution
  • Design complex integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Ensure architectural consistency across ServiceNow products and modules.
  • Support the evolution of the platform to meet future business needs.
THE EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for professionals who can understand complex business challenges and transform them into impactful ServiceNow solutions. What Will Make You Successful
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Significant experience in ServiceNow solution architecture.
  • Deep expertise in one or more ServiceNow product areas.
  • Strong understanding of governance, integrations, and enterprise architecture concepts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Hands-on experience with key ServiceNow capabilities, including:
    • Flow Designer
    • Integration Hub
    • Service Portal / UI Builder
    • Performance Analytics
    • Workspace Experience
    • CMDB and CSDM
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise in FSM, CSM, FSO, or SPM.
  • Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA, or CMA.
  • Experience in consulting environments or complex enterprise transformation programs.
