Audi Van NuysService TechnicianCompensation/Schedule:- Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per flat-rate hour DOE
- Production Bonuses Available: High-performing technicians have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through production-based bonus programs.
- Full time Schedule; Monday - Friday- One Saturday shift every 3 weeks
What We Are Looking For: We're looking for technicians who are confident in diagnostics, capable of handling complex repairs, and motivated to continue growing their technical expertise. Audi certification is not required, but candidates with European vehicle experience, strong electrical diagnostic skills, and a commitment to ongoing training will be highly regarded.
- 2-3 years of automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with European, luxury, or highline brands strongly preferred
- Experience using OEM diagnostic equipment and repair information systems
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Audi or Volkswagen experience highly desirable

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $17.87 - $62.45. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
