The Opportunity

As part of Hitachi Energy's Service Business, you will manage and grow a services portfolio within the U.S. utility sector, focusing on expanding commercial opportunities that support the performance and longevity of grid infrastructure. You will work across a broad range of customers to shape account strategies, build a consistent pipeline, and guide opportunities from early engagement through contract execution. This role combines market insight, customer engagement, and commercial planning to address evolving grid needs such as asset lifecycle management, maintenance strategies, and reliability improvements. Working alongside cross-functional teams-including marketing, technical product management, and proposal development-you will contribute to go-to-market initiatives and align offerings to customer priorities. Your work directly supports utilities in maintaining safe, dependable operations across substations and generation environments while advancing service strategies that enhance resilience and long-term system performance.

Pay Transparency (California)

The base salary range for this position is $139,600.00 - $174,500.00. This range reflects the pay scale that Hitachi Energy reasonably expects to pay for this role at the time of posting, consistent with California pay transparency requirements.
