Position Description- Plan, schedule, oversee and direct service management of projects
- Fiscal responsibility for assigned projects, including projects costs, profitability, and forecasting
- Communicate directly with contractors, designers, customers, and users concerning project requirements, costs, staffing, and scheduling
- Act as liaison between customer, engineering, manufacturing, and sales
- Prepare project status reports and work to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications
- Responsible for all project related paperwork; this can include documentation of conversations, change orders, and customer notifications
- Responsible for the review of bill of materials, test reports, time sheets, and expense reports of field personnel
- Document and report all warranty and rework issues related to assigned projects
- Work to ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication, timely responses, and actively working to meet customer schedules and expectations
- Conduct project reviews and feedback on the internal process of project completion
- May need to apply for US Security Clearance
- 30% domestic and international travel
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
- 3 years of related project management experience
- Familiarity with contracts and construction management concepts
- Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications- PMP Certification
- LEED Certification
Compensation InformationBase salary range $88,800 - $104,700 USD (Annually)
