Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Operations Manager located in Milwaukee, WI.

How you will contribute:

As a Service Operations Manager, you will be tasked with effectively leading and managing a high-functioning team of coordinators in our fast-paced and deadline-driven service industry to include the disciplines of mechanical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems. This role will oversee the dispatch function to ensure prioritization and execution of work while working with service sales, construction operations, field superintendents, and leadership to ensure seamless collaboration between the field sales and Operations Teams. The Service Operations Manager will also assist in ensuring regional service goals for financial metrics, customer satisfaction, customer retention, renewals, and consistent and effective service operation. This role provides the opportunity to work with both internal and external customers to provide exceptional customer service as well as working closely with corporate support to drive process improvements. Some local travel will be required.

What you need to qualify:
Ahern will help make the most of your minimum of five years of experience and business acumen in a service-driven environment. You should have management experience within a related service environment and have demonstrated knowledge of financial acumen. Post-secondary education and/ or equivalent experience is preferred.
