Client Partner

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full - Time

Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000
The Role

As a Client Partner, you will own one or more client accounts, or a portfolio of accounts, treating each as a business you are responsible for guiding, stabilizing, and growing over time. You are fully accountable for the overall health of the relationship and for ensuring our work consistently delivers meaningful business outcomes while strengthening Incubeta's reputation as a reliable, accountable, and trusted partner.

Each Client Partner operates as the general manager of their client relationship. You will lead cross-functional teams across project management and specialist disciplines, holding the organization to a high standard of delivery quality that exceeds client expectations.

Operating with an entrepreneurial mindset, you will act as the voice of the client inside Incubeta. While this role does not carry a traditional sales mandate, you are accountable for the long-term commercial health and profitable growth of the relationship, with the autonomy to guide how Incubeta's solutions evolve as client needs change.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Strategic Advisory (30%)
  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term partnerships, developing deep relationships with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers across the client organization.
  • Strategic Advisor: Act as the primary strategic advisor clients turn to when complex business challenges arise, ensuring Incubeta remains aligned with their evolving priorities.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, address, and escalate account risks, challenges, and relationship dependencies early to maintain total trust and account stability.

Account Growth & Commercial Health (30%)
  • Portfolio Strategy: Develop and advance comprehensive, long-term account strategies and partnership roadmaps that ensure sustained financial health and profitability.
  • Solution Expansion: Unlock the full potential of partnerships by identifying and advancing opportunities to expand client engagements across multiple Incubeta solutions and capabilities.
  • Internal Alignment: Align cross-functional internal teams around a clear account strategy and a shared client playbook to drive incremental revenue growth.

Innovation & Solution Shaping (20%)
  • Market Insight: Anticipate where client organizations and their broader marketing strategies are heading, positioning Incubeta as a forward-thinking industry leader.
  • Offering Evolution: Bring forward innovative ideas, technologies, and modern ways of working that help shape how Incubeta evolves its core products and solutions.
  • Advocacy & Thought Leadership: Fuel sales and marketing efforts by actively developing success stories, case studies, and co-branded marketing opportunities derived from your portfolio.

Delivery Excellence & Team Leadership (20%)
  • Cross-Functional Management: Lead, coordinate, and mobilize cross-functional delivery teams across project management, creative, data, and media disciplines.
  • Operational Clarity: Ensure internal teams operate with total clarity around priorities, shared objectives, and accountabilities, establishing clear escalation paths.
  • Team Stewardship: Foster a collaborative, highly coordinated, and supportive environment that prioritizes team development, motivation, and collective success.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Experience in Account Management, Client Services, Consulting, or a related client-facing leadership role within an agency, media, or martech environment.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven experience managing the commercial health, profitability, and organic growth of a high-value client portfolio.
  • Strategic Perspective: Ability to look beyond immediate deliverables to understand macro market trends, business outcomes, and future-proof marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to provide clear direction, drive accountability, and motivate multi-disciplinary specialist teams without direct authority.
  • Relationship Excellence: Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with a track record of building trust and expanding influence with senior brand executives.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy in evolving, fast-paced environments where processes continue to develop.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep familiarity with the Google Marketing Platform (GMP), Google Cloud ecosystem, or advanced digital media frameworks.
  • Experience leading digital transformation or capability-building programs inside major global brands.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing workflows and automated collaboration tools.
