Full Job Description
Are you an engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology and business-a true techno-commercial enthusiast? Our team is seeking an individual with a strong computer science foundation to bridge the gap between advanced analytics and real-world operational impact. Responsibilities
  • Advanced Analytics & Dashboarding: Design, build, and maintain advanced analytical dashboards. You will define and track KPIs that measure operational effectiveness, providing real-time visibility for data-backed decision-making across the team
  • AI Tool Development & Integration: Lead the end-to-end development and integration of AI/ML models to solve critical business challenges. You will identify opportunities, quantify potential benefits in dollar terms, and collaborate with technical teams to deploy solutions in areas like predictive maintenance and automated analytics
  • Business Case & Impact Analysis: Develop compelling business cases for new technologies, service tools, and operational strategies. You will use financial models like Net Present Value (NPV) to quantify their impact and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic initiatives like make-versus-buy decisions
  • Data-Driven Engineering Feedback: Partner with diverse engineering disciplines to provide deep, analytical insights that influence product design. Your analysis will help improve serviceability, reduce downtime, and enhance product reliability


Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience
  • Proven, hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML models or data-driven software tools
  • Strong proficiency in Python and relevant data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • A demonstrated interest and aptitude for business case development and financial modeling (NPV, ROI), with the ability to connect technical solutions to business value
  • Proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation from large datasets
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment

    • Expected Compensation
      $80,000 - $162,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefitsPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
