About the role

The Service Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple Service Centers, providing direct leadership to three Service Center Leads. This role ensures alignment with customer requirements, delivery of project scope, and consistent execution across all Service Center locations, customer sites, and other operational hubs supporting the RDD team.

The Service Center Manager provides strategic direction, enforces process discipline, and drives continuous improvement across facilities. This position ensures accurate inventory and logistics management, high-value equipment handling, and operational compliance through HCAP's inventory management system. The Manager acts as the bridge between Service Center operations and senior leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and metrics to support data-driven decision-making and customer-focused excellence.

  • Leadership & People Management
    • Provide direct leadership, coaching, and development to three Service Center Leads and their respective teams.
    • Define priorities, set performance expectations, and hold teams accountable for results.
    • Build and sustain a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
    • Partner with business leaders to ensure Service Centers deliver services that align with company objectives and core values.


  • Service Center & Inventory Operations
    • Oversee all Service Center functions across multiple locations, ensuring seamless execution of inventory control, logistics, and fulfillment.
    • Ensure high-value equipment and materials are accurately received, staged, stored, and shipped in compliance with quality and security requirements.
    • Drive standardization of processes and procedures across sites to maximize consistency and efficiency.
    • Monitor HCAP system utilization to maintain accurate, real-time inventory data and lifecycle traceability.


  • Facility & Process Improvement
    • Serve as the escalation point for issues impacting Service Center operations, proactively resolving barriers to delivery.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations to senior leadership regarding warehouse layout, facility optimization, and process improvement opportunities.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement workflow enhancements and space utilization strategies to support customer requirements and rapid deployment needs.


  • Operational Oversight & Reporting
    • Oversee fulfillment and logistics execution across Service Centers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
    • Maintain audit trails, verify inventory accuracy, and track all movement of high-value equipment.
    • Consolidate reports from Service Center Leads to deliver operational insights, performance metrics, and customer readiness updates to leadership.
    • Support corporate objectives by aligning daily Service Center operations with broader program goals.
