WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Greet guests warmly and professionally - establishing genuine rapport from the first interaction
• Listen carefully to guest concerns and accurately document vehicle issues so technicians have what they need to get the job done right
• Explain repair and maintenance services clearly and effectively - translating technical information into language every guest can understand and trust
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, quality service delivery and keep guests informed throughout the process
• Prepare and review repair estimates with guests - building transparency and trust at every step
• Identify and present additional service and maintenance opportunities that protect guest safety and vehicle performance
• Maintain detailed, accurate service records in the DMS
• Follow up with guests after service to ensure satisfaction and build the kind of loyalty that brings them back

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service - required. Automotive service advisor experience is a strong plus but not required
• Excellent communicator - warm, clear, and professional in person, on the phone, and in writing
• Highly organized with strong time management skills - able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing accuracy or composure
• Motivated and hungry - you have a genuine desire to succeed, grow your earnings, and build a long-term career
• Professional appearance and demeanor - Land Rover guests expect a premium experience at every touchpoint
• Basic computer skills and comfort with service management software - or quick to learn
