- Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Sundays and one rotating weekday off
What You'll Do- Be the primary contact for Subaru service customers, delivering an customer experience.
- Schedule appointments and prepare repair orders.
- Communicate maintenance recommendations and repair options.
- Coordinate with technicians and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Help achieve departmental sales, CSI, and customer satisfaction goals
What You'll Bring- 2+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience
- We prefer Toyota dealership experience; we will consider Service Advisor experience with other automotive brands.
- Experience explaining recommended services, pricing, and repair timelines to customers
- Experience managing repair orders and customer follow-up throughout the service process
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total RewardsThe California pay range for this position is $6,450.80-$17,450.85 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
