- Pay: $48,200.00 - $158,700.00 annually
- Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotating days off
- Department Hours: Monday-Saturday: 9am-8:30pm and Sunday: 10am-7pm.
What You'll Do- Assist customers with selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
- Explain vehicle features, available options, pricing, and purchasing steps.
- Respond to customers by phone, email, text, and internet leads.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build repeat and referral business.
What You'll Bring- No automotive sales experience required - we're willing to train you.
- Comfortable working with customers in person, over the phone, and through email or text.
- Comfortable using computers and learning CRM and dealership software.
- Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total RewardsThe annual California pay range for this position is $48,200.00- $158,700.00. This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
