You will report to the Service Manager.
This is an on-site position in Troy, NY.
What You'll Do- Promote communication between customers and technicians
- Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
- Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs
- You will write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish
- You will communicate additional service needs based on inspections
- Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage
- Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates
What We're Looking For- Previous Service Advisor experience
- Automotive technician background helpful
- 1+ years of experience with vehicle systems and maintenance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
CompensationEstimated annual Compensation: $64,000 - $125,000(Earnings based on performance, experience, and commission)

Requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent), 18+
