Full Job Description

Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph

At What You Will Do:
  • Support the customer's full spectrum of sensitive activities, from planning through execution, on efforts that include special programs, intelligence operations, and assessments of both friendly and adversary capabilities.
  • Work across organizational boundaries within a task force environment to support programmatic efforts to identify, neutralize, and eliminate current and emerging threats while bolstering capabilities.
  • Work with IC senior leadership representatives and DOW senior leadership counterparts as applicable to deconflict sensitive activity projects and ensure they are meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); lead efforts to measure the impact of these projects and brief senior IC leadership on their status.
  • Serve as part of the customer's strategic review board as the interagency deconfliction and integration manager and direct the planning for handover of large-scale Sensitive Programs to the Department of War (DOW)


What You Will Need:
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of TEN (10)+ years' of relevant mission and/or operational support experience supporting national security customers
  • Minimum of FIVE (5) years' of experience directly supporting and/or leading sensitive activities or similar projects and programs


What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Master's degree
  • FIFTEEN (15) years of relevant experience in a national security setting
  • Relevant professional certifications
