Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Senior Writer, ideally in RPG or story-driven games, with AAA experience preferred.
• Strong narrative crafting skills with a deep understanding of interactive storytelling and dramatic structure.
• Exceptional ability to write engaging characters, storylines, sharp dialogue, and dynamic screenplays.
• Familiarity with game design principles and narrative integration with gameplay mechanics.
• Capacity to provide constructive feedback and mentorship to fellow writers.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for video games coupled with an understanding of varied game genres and player expectations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Creative Director, Lead Writer, and narrative teams.
• Develop narrative elements, including dialogues, scenarios, and characters.
• Ensure consistency of writing style and tone throughout the game.
• Create documentation that supports the game's narrative vision.
• Mentor and guide a team of talented writers.
• Work with stakeholders to maintain coherence between story, gameplay, and visuals.
• Review and refine narrative features to uphold high standards.
