Full Job Description
The Role

Outreach is seeking a full-time, highly organized, and energetic Senior Workplace Specialist to support our Seattle HQ Office. As the primary point of contact for Outreach employees and guests, you will represent the company professionally and maintain a positive demeanor. You will need to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to a dynamic early-stage company environment, and provide executive assistance as required. This role reports to the Global Workplace Manager.

Location: This role is fully onsite, five days a week at our Seattle office - 333 Elliott Ave W

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Own all aspects of office operations for our Seattle office and liaise with other international Outreach offices to provide guidance and ensure consistent application of practices


  • Budget management for Seattle HQ office


  • Provide assistance and help to create an engaging, friendly environment for all employees, candidates, and guests


  • Oversee all site Health and Safety - ensuring that necessary policies and procedures are in place and acting as Fire Marshal and First Aider


  • Own relationship with local property management to manage our office security and various maintenance needs


  • Plan and organize logistics for on-site company meetings and events including but not limited to regular happy hours, quarterly All-Hands, holiday celebrations, and off-site team training events


  • Coordinate in-office lunches


  • Receive mail, package shipments, and deliveries


  • Keep drinks, snacks and office supplies well-stocked


  • Work with cleaning vendors to ensure high cleanliness standards


  • Support the People team with tasks and projects as needed


  • Manage relationship with office vendors related to facilities, maintenance, and other workplace related issues


  • Own several internal operational systems like space planning tools and keycard access


  • Act as a source of office and company information to all employees

$81,000 - $90,000 a year

The base salary range for this role is $81,000-$90,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, location and experience. Final offers are determined through a holistic assessment and will vary within the posted range. Your Recruiter will share specific details based on your location and role during the hiring process.
