Workforce Analytics Consultant provides data-driven insights and recommendations to leaders by analyzing human resources, workforce, market, and operational data. Uses reporting tools to gather, organize and publish information, identify trends and patterns, and solve complex problems using data. Partners with Human Resources teams and business leaders to understand goals, metrics, key performance indicators, and business strategies, helping guide informed workforce decisions.
How You'll Spend Your Time- You will lead workforce analytics strategy by developing metrics, forecasting, predictive models, and actionable insights that support business decisions and BOK Financial talent strategies
- You will provide end-to-end consulting by partnering with Human Resource leaders and business stakeholders to set strategic priorities, define measurement strategies, manage data projects from planning through execution, and deliver actionable insights, recommendations, and post-analysis strategies
- You will design and deliver dashboards, reports, scorecards, infographics, and presentation materials that translate large amounts of data into meaningful metrics and communicate workforce trends that help manage talent and build human capital capabilities
- You will analyze, integrate, and manage complex workforce data from multiple internal and external sources ensuring compliance and row level data security of data
- You will ensure workforce data accuracy, integrity, and usability through data collection, cleansing, transformation, auditing, documentation, and governance practices
- You will train and support stakeholders in understanding and using workforce data, metrics, and reports to manage teams and make informed decisions
- You will partner with Human Resources departments and create process improvements by evaluating internal processes and using data to create efficiencies, remove manual input, and reduce errors
- You will continuously improve analytics capabilities by leveraging new data sources, research, and emerging tools and methodologies
- You may perform other duties as assigned
Education & Experience RequirementsThis level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Data Mining or related field and 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources or HRIS or 10-12 years of equivalent work experience.
- Experience preparing, managing, and analyzing data joined from multiple sources using tools such as Alteryx, relational databases, and excel (Alteryx preferred)
- Expertise in data visualization and storytelling using Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting tools to communicate insights to all levels of leadership (Power BI preferred)
- Advanced understanding of business intelligence reporting, data security, and governance, including row-level security and enterprise reporting practices
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from complex data
- Ability to build strong partnerships, collaborate across teams, and drive operational efficiencies through process improvement
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to create project work plans, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to audit self- and peer-workflows to ensure accuracy of complex models
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools, with basic knowledge of emerging technologies, including agentic AI
- Knowledge of Human Resources key performance indicators, workforce analytics, HR policies and procedures, and people related business drivers
