Position Summary We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst with deep Workday expertise to support and optimize our Time Tracking, Scheduling, Absence, and Payroll solutions within a global HR environment. This individual will serve as a functional subject matter expert responsible for configuration, enhancements, troubleshooting, reporting, and ongoing system support. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical Workday knowledge, business process expertise, and experience supporting global HR and payroll operations.
Responsibilities - Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Time Tracking, Scheduling, Absence, and Payroll modules.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend system solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.
- Support Workday releases, including impact analysis, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Lead and participate in system testing efforts, including unit testing, UAT, regression testing, and payroll validation.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics to support business needs.
- Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, labor laws, and absence policies across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on HRIS projects, integrations, and process improvements.
- Provide ongoing post-production support and serve as a Workday functional SME.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on Workday experience with a focus on Time Tracking, Scheduling, Absence, and Payroll.
- Experience configuring and supporting multiple Workday modules in a production environment.
- Proven experience supporting or leading an ADP eTime to Workday Time Tracking migration.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, workforce management, and absence management.
- Experience supporting Workday releases, enhancements, and production support activities.
- Strong reporting and dashboard development experience within Workday.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience supporting mid-to-large enterprise HRIS environments.
Preferred Qualifications - Workday certifications in Time Tracking, Scheduling, Absence, Payroll, or HCM.
- Experience supporting global HR and payroll operations.
- Knowledge of international payroll compliance and labor regulations.
- Experience with additional Workday modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, or Recruiting.
- Consulting background or experience working on large-scale Workday implementations and optimization projects.
