Position Summary

The Senior Workday Architect IV is a highly analytical and collaborative leader responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Workday solutions across HR functions. This role requires deep expertise in multiple Workday modules, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions. The position offers opportunities to lead innovative HR technology projects in a global professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders including HR business teams and Workday IT experts on system design, user experience, and process improvements
  2. Lead solution design and implementation of Workday solutions, acting as subject matter expert across multiple modules
  3. Provide technical guidance to drive Workday process enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues, and align architecture with enterprise goals
  4. Stay current on Workday releases and trends, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  5. Support project delivery using agile, iterative, and waterfall methodologies
  6. Translate technical solutions into meaningful outcomes for HR and leadership teams
  7. Manage senior stakeholders effectively across global environments


Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (formal degree required unless equivalent experience
  2. Minimum 10 years of recent Workday experience in global professional services supporting HR functions
  3. In-depth knowledge of at least three Workday modules (Core HCM, Security, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Payroll)
  4. Strong technical proficiency in Workday architecture, system logic, and configuration
  5. Proven problem-solving skills for complex technical and functional issues
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  7. Strong business acumen and understanding of HR pro cesses


Preferred Qualifications
