JOB SUMMARY
This position is for a senior Windows System Administrator (Level 3) with 5-7 years of experience. The role involves a significant focus on patching and software deployment using Microsoft SCCM, as well as troubleshooting and analysis of the Windows Server Operating System during incidents. The administrator will be responsible for developing PowerShell scripts to automate and improve patching processes and reporting, and requires a conceptual understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. Documentation authoring is also a key requirement.
Key Responsibilities
• Primary and expert level of experience around patching and software deployment activities using Microsoft SCCM.
• Ability to troubleshoot the Windows Server Operating System and analysis during incidents.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate, improve patching execution and reporting to meet SLAs.
• Conceptual understanding on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP roles.
• Documentation authoring experience.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of primary and expert level of experience around patching and software deployment activities using Microsoft SCCM.
