If you’re experienced in Voice of the Customer (VoC) analysis and thrive on influencing decisions through data-driven storytelling, we’d love to have you join Principal as a Senior VoC Associate on our Customer Insights Activation Team.
In this role, you’ll be a key player in transforming customer insights into meaningful experiences. You’ll help translate our vision into tangible business goals and capabilities, ensuring that every decision we make reflects the voice of our customers. Your work will directly impact projects that enhance engagement and strengthen relationships with those we serve.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and synthesize customer data: Integrate multiple data sources, identify patterns, uncover root causes, and deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Create compelling stories: Turn complex findings into clear, persuasive narratives and visualizations that bring the customer experience to life for stakeholders.
- Communicate with impact: Deliver insights through engaging presentations, reports, and storytelling that influence conversations and drive alignment.
- Lead projects and partnerships: Manage end-to-end project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, anticipate risks, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Enable strategic decision-making: Apply strong analytical skills, intuition, and creativity to refine insights and guide business strategies.
- Foster collaboration: Build strong relationships across teams and contribute to a world-class, inclusive work environment.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Experience (CX), with a focus on VoC analytics and feedback management.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Qualtrics (Engage and Discover modules preferred).
- Current Qualtrics certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Skilled in project and stakeholder management, with a track record of delivering initiatives on time.
- Proficient in synthesizing diverse data sources, creating impactful visualizations, and delivering insights through compelling storytelling.
Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

- Chicago, IL / Denver, CO / Minneapolis, MN: $84,700 - $101,100 / year
- Los Angeles, CA / New York City, NY: $92,400 - $109,200 / year
Time Off ProgramFlexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
