OverviewThe Cross-Channel Investment Lead is the senior investment leader accountable for the strategy, development, and flawless execution of the client's cross-channel media plan. This leader drives high-level tactical planning, connects investment decisions across channels, and serves as a single, trusted point of contact for the client. The role balances hands-on investment leadership with thought leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive client management to deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities- Investment Vision & Strategy: Set and connect the cross-channel investment vision and high-level tactical planning, aligning senior stakeholders on objectives, budgets, and audience priorities across one or more client accounts.
- Audience & Full-Funnel Planning: Direct partnership with channel investment leads, Data & Analytics, and Strategy to shape integrated, audience-first, full-funnel approaches that anticipate marketplace shifts.
- Activation & Performance: Provide senior oversight across planning, activation, optimization, and measurement; driving cross-channel performance and holding teams accountable to ROAS and business KPIs.
- Escalation & Quality Governance: Serve as the top point of escalation for pacing, performance, and execution risks; establish quality-control standards and review frameworks that safeguard strategic soundness and investment viability.
- Innovation & Marketplace Leadership: Champion testing, learning agendas, and emerging media opportunities; represent the agency's point of view on industry and channel trends to clients and internally.
- Client & Executive Leadership: Act as a senior point of contact and trusted advisor to client leadership, translating channel activity into executive-ready narratives and reinforcing the value of the investment practice.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, lead, and mentor a multi-tier investment team; set ways of working, develop talent, and drive accountability and collaboration across a matrixed organization.
- Commercial & Growth Ownership: Partner on scoping, staffing, and resource planning; identify organic growth opportunities and contribute to new-business and QBR narratives that expand the relationship.
Qualifications- 15+ years (SVP or comparable level) of agency-side media investment experience across traditional and digital channels.
- 7+ years of staff management, development, and mentoring experience, including leading managers and multi-tier teams.
- Proven ability to set and lead cross-channel investment strategy across objectives, budgets, audiences, activation, optimization, and measurement.
- Track record of senior client leadership and executive counsel, with the ability to simplify complexity, drive alignment, and defend investment recommendations to C-level stakeholders.
- Experience owning complex investment portfolios and shaping ways of working within integrated, matrixed agency teams.
- Demonstrated contribution to organic growth, new business, and commercial planning (scoping, staffing, and resourcing).
- Deep command of media systems, tools, contract operations, and the upstream and downstream impacts of investment decisions.
- Strong critical thinking and executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to multi-task under pressure across national and local media.

Compensation Range: USD $180,215.00 - USD $299,637.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
