Senior Vice President, Product Analyst

We9re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Product Analyst to join our Wealth Services Platform team. This role is located in New York, NY.

In this role, you9ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Lead commercial distribution analytics efforts for product analysis, commercialization, and insights development, translating incomplete and hard-to-find information into actionable opportunities
  • Develop analytics- and advisor behavior-driven insights to help shape product positioning, bundling, value levers, and go-to-market decisioning across third-party and client offerings.
  • Work independently across applications, data sources, and stakeholders to identify trends, synthesize disparate information, and deliver clear business recommendations in ambiguous and evolving environments.
  • Strengthen cross-BNY data and analytics leverage by building reusable approaches and insight frameworks that support product strategy, commercialization, and broader distribution objectives.

To be successful in this role, we9re seeking the following:
  • Bachelor9s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Understanding of financial products and wealth or asset management distribution, with the ability to connect product, commercial, client, and market dynamics into actionable business insights.
  • Strong analytical and technical capabilities, including experience with SQL and tools such as Excel, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar platforms to query, analyze, and visualize data from multiple sources.
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, synthesize incomplete information, and translate structured and unstructured data into clear recommendations for business and executive audiences.
  • Experience developing dashboards, KPI frameworks, and repeatable analytics that inform product strategy, commercialization, pricing, bundling, and distribution decisions.
  • Sound judgment in assessing data quality and working across fragmented datasets to produce credible, decision-ready insights.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to influence across teams and use AI-enabled tools to scale analysis and insight development in a governed environment.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
