The Role

Are you ready to take the helm of strategic planning for a pioneering, healthcare neurology brand franchise? We're on the hunt for a visionary Strategic Planner. Someone with a brilliant mind, a heart for impactful work, and the experience to back it all up. This isn't just any role. You'll orchestrate the strategic direction for a leading neurology brand, translating complex challenges into compelling narratives and actionable strategies. This role is a blend of art and science - requiring a deep understanding of the healthcare and neurology landscapes, patient journeys, and the ability to unearth insights that resonate. You'll be at the forefront, steering projects that have the power to make a genuine difference in people's lives. And drive brand growth.

What you will be doing:

Lead the strategic planning process, from insight generation to strategy development for both the brands and the above-brand, flagship neurology franchise.
Dive deep into neurology healthcare trends, patient needs, and market dynamics to inform innovative strategies.
Collaborate closely with creative, account, data/insights, and digital teams to ensure strategies are insight-driven and creatively compelling.
Present and defend your strategies to internal teams and clients with confidence, clarity, and charisma.
Develop and facilitate effective team brainstorms, client-facing workshops and planning exercises
Keep your finger on the pulse of emerging trends in healthcare, communications, and culture to keep our brand ahead of the curve.

The Experience that will contribute to your success:

You've had 7-10 years' experience as a strategic planner - in an agency setting - neurology experience a huge plus
Your passion and expertise lie in healthcare and neurology, both HCP and DTC
You have empathy for the audiences we serve and the colleagues we collaborate with
You have a track record of developing impactful brand strategies that drive growth and engagement.
You brilliantly balance analytical thinking and creative storytelling.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 for a Vice President role and $200,000 - $270,000 for a Senior Vice President. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. $140,000-270,000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
